By accessing or using the My Prayer Times application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use My Prayer Times for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
Our AI assistant uses third-party technology (e.g., OpenAI). We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Do not use the AI for critical religious rulings (fatwas); consult a qualified scholar.
You may be able to sync data (e.g., bookmarks, stats) to the cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that prayer times will be 100% accurate for every location, as calculation methods vary. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Prayer Times shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
